We are open for business!

Please be assured that we at New Town Osteopathy take hygiene seriously and have taken all reasonable and expected measures to ensure your safety.

Stuart Davis of New Town Osteopathy uses a traditional, structural approach to help determine an accurate diagnosis and achieve rehabilitation from pain and dysfunction through evidence-based, multi-modal  programmes. These include hands-on treatments, posture and lifestyle advice and individualised exercise routines. The clinic is suited to treat patients of 5 years of age or older.

Osteopathy is an holistic therapy and has been around since the mid nineteenth century. Since that time, it has been steadily honed and modernised by taking into account the results of clinical studies, in order to give patients the best possible therapeutic outcome.

At New Town Osteopathy we aim to provide patients with a thorough understanding of their situation. Presenting symptoms may relate to an individual's personal history of injury and illness and the peculiarities of their body and lifestyle habits.

Additionally, the very important way that an individuals' beliefs and emotions may affect symptoms and their situation may need to be addressed in detail. This is often able to reassure a patient that there is less 'wrong' with them than they thought.

The more a patient understands their 'problem', the better-equipped they are to engage in the activities and actions required to improve their health and wellbeing.
